Hire an engineer for
one specific problem.
Something is broken, slow, or invisible to Google, and you do not want to hire a team to fix it. Pick the problem, get a fixed price in two working days, and a senior engineer ships the fix behind tests.
- A written diagnosis before any work is agreed
- A fixed price that does not move if it takes longer
- One named senior engineer, not a rotating pool
- A test or monitor covering the exact failure
- Full IP assignment to you on payment
What we get asked for most
The problems that bring people here
Each one is a scoped piece of work with its own page: what it covers, what lands at the end, and what it costs.
Fix a slow-loading website
Pages take seconds to become usable and visitors leave first.
Fix a failing Largest Contentful Paint
The main content of the page paints too late to pass Core Web Vitals.
Fix a slow or janky React app
Typing, scrolling or filtering stutters as the app grows.
Fix pages Google will not index
Pages exist, are linked, and never appear in search.
Fix a site Google cannot read
Content renders in the browser but not for the crawler.
Fix slow database queries
Pages that depend on the database crawl as data grows.
Fix failing payments and checkout
Customers try to pay and money does not arrive.
Fix WCAG accessibility failures
The site is not usable with a keyboard or a screen reader.
Fix an AI assistant that gets things wrong
The chatbot is confidently wrong in front of customers.
Rescue a stalled software project
Money is spent, deadlines have passed, and nothing is shippable.
How it works
Three steps, no open-ended hours
Describe the problem
In your words, not in engineering terms. A screenshot, a Search Console export, or "checkout fails sometimes" is enough to start.
Get a fixed scope and price
Within two working days: what we will change, what you get at the end, what it costs, and how long it takes. No hourly open-ended work.
A senior engineer ships it
One named UK or India-based senior engineer, not a rotating pool. You see the work in a branch as it happens, and it ships behind tests.

FAQ
Before you ask
How is this different from hiring a developer for a month?
The scope is the fix, not the time. You agree what "done" looks like before anything starts, and the price does not move if it takes longer than expected. Retained developers are still available if what you need is ongoing capacity rather than a specific problem solved.
What if you look at it and it is bigger than it seemed?
We tell you before starting, with what we found and a revised scope. You are free to walk away at that point having paid nothing. The diagnosis is not billed unless you proceed.
Do you work on code you did not write?
Most of this work is on inherited codebases — that is normal, and the assessment step exists precisely for it. We do not require a rewrite before agreeing to help.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do, from the first commit. Work is delivered into your repository under your account, and the contract assigns all IP to you on payment. There is no lock-in and nothing sits on our infrastructure.
Are the engineers UK-based?
Our engineers are all senior and are based in the UK and India, working to UK business hours with overlap for meetings. You are told who is on your work before it starts.
What happens if the fix does not hold?
Every fix ships with a test or a monitor covering the exact failure, so a regression is caught rather than discovered by a customer. If the original problem returns within 30 days, we fix it again at no charge.
Describe it in plain English.
We will tell you what it takes.
You do not need to diagnose it first. A screenshot and a sentence is enough to get a scope and a price back within two working days.
